As of January, 2003 Mr. Green teaches as Adjunct Professor of Business a course, 4005.  Course Description:    MANAGING LEGAL ISSUES IN CYBERSPACE -- The explosion of digital technology—with the ability for anyone to convert music, video, books, reports, and any other type of information into the 0’s and 1’s of digital language—has had a profound impact on all aspects of business, including the Law. This course is intended to help students develop the critical skills necessary to identify, analyze, and manage legal issues emerging in the eBusiness context.  The purpose of the course is not to teach managers to think like lawyers, but to interact effectively with lawyers and address confidently legal issues affecting business strategy and operations in an eBusiness enterprise. Her operation is self-funded (no venture dollars) and profitable enough to support her four employees. Her ambitions are modest. Relevant Tools will not become a software behemoth like Oracle.
