Consumers: SAN FRANCISCO, CA., April 23, 2013: Phil Green coordinated a national litigation team from Duane Morris LLP to win the day for his client at the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit that found that Zenni had not infringed two of Plaintiff Aspex’s patents under "collateral estoppel" based on an earlier judgment against the Plaintiff where its patent was found invalid for obviousness on the same allegedly infringing goods. The U.S. Supreme denied the Plaintiff's request for Cert., and made the win final.

Partner Phil Green successfully negotiated the sale of the famous IJ Building in Novato, California. This is a 60,000 Square foot campus with warehouses and a 3- story massive office building complex on 6.5 acres in Marin County. The building was formerly owned by the IJ a newspaper with 3 - 17 ton presses! After environmental compliance and terms all set, Mr Green's E-Commerce client now has a huge new HQ to call home and fulfill its shipments, have its offices, and enjoy its business.
Partner Phil Green founded the MCBA IP Section many years ago and the section has seen growth and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) improved. Now, Mr. Green is again serving as Co-Chair to bring the Section into the modern E-Commerce world.

Partner Beverly Green has been elected by the Alternate Dispute Resolution Section (ADR) to serve as its Chair in 2014.
